142,4 billion rubles - such sum made the half-received tax revenues in budgets of member countries of Eurasian Economic Union as a result of smuggling of cigarettes in 2021. The main part of these losses lays down to Russian Federation: according to NNTsK, for the I half-year 2023 the country already loses already about 46 billion rubles, but representatives of branch consider this figure underestimated.
