Prosecutor's office Chuvash Republic approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 63-year-old local. He is accused according to p.1 Art. 249 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (the violation of the veterinary rules which has entailed on imprudence heavy consequences) and p.1 by Art. 238 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (storage, transportation and sale of production which is not meeting the requirements of safety of life or health of consumers).
