Prosecutor's office the cities gave an assessment of observance by the city hall of requirements of the town-planning legislation. It is established that resolutions of the city hall made decisions on implementation of a comprehensive plan of developments territories of a housing estate in Sovetsky rayon, and also decisions on carrying out auctions on the right of the conclusion of contracts are made on complex development territories.
