Prosecutor's office Neryungri carried out an inspection during which it is established that the employee of correctional schools made illegal actions concerning the juvenile pupil. For drawing a beating the tutor is found guilty of commission of the offense provided by Art. 6.1.1 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences, and it appointed punishment in the form of an administrative penalty of 10 thousand rubles.
