Prosecutor's office of Karachayevsk city of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic approved the indictment on criminal case concerning bailiffs. He is accused according to p.1 Art. 303 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (falsification of proofs). According to the investigators, accused, on December 5, 2022, for the purpose of overestimate of statistics office activity, were made by a fictitious administrative material about offense commission by the local and sent it for consideration to court.
