Court forbade the Kaliningrad housing and communal services workers to take out garbage at night

District court of the Gvardeysk district of the Kaliningrad region recognized illegal activity the enterprises LLC "Kristall", taking out garbage at night. Locals complained in Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare of noise from container platforms. To the enterprise took out caution about inadmissibility of violation of obligatory requirements of the SanPiN. However the enterprise continued to take out waste after 23:00 from the platforms located near houses.
