Court Orshanka district and the cities Orsha recognized relatives of the dead accepted inheritance

On September 1, 2023 Orshanka district and Orsha are considered by court case on zayavleniyukh.ich. (further – claimants) to korshansky district executive committee (further – the respondent) about recognition accepted inheritance. In the statement of claim claimants specified that on September 3, 2021 to Moscow region their nephew who after death of the father in 2020 left Orsha on earnings to Russian Federation died where was gone, ceased to contact and the long time was known nothing to relatives of its location.
