A half of IT vendors of small and medium business do not see effect from the centers of competences - RSpectr

About 48% of the Russian software developers consider that the industrial centers of competences (ICC) and the centers of competences of development (TsKR) had no real impact on development domestic program production. Such data are brought by NP "RUSSOFT" (more than 340 IT companies enter) during press conferences into information agency "ITAR-TASS" on October 3. Nearly 18% of vendors ON reported at poll that do not feel essential support from the centers. A quarter of respondents found it difficult to give a definite answer about efficiency.
