Biysk was represented by Grachev Artem In the last days off of September in Zarinsk passed the first All-Russian vocal competition festival of the National actor Russian Federation Ivanov Oleg Borisovich "Krasnotal". On opening of a festival there arrived Ivanov Oleg Borisovich, the national actor Russian Federation, the Winner of an award of Lenin Komsomol, the composer. He also headed jury competitions. As from Moscow with it there arrived the honored artist Russian Federation, the poet-song writer and the singer Simon Abramovich Osiashvili.
