Since October 1 Megapixel Omsk "Teplovaya company" replaced the status and it is transformed to JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "TEPLOVAYA COMPANY". It is dictated by requirements of the federal law of December 27, 2019 No. 485 where need of elimination or reorganization of the municipal enterprises till 2025 is registered.
