The prosecutor declared caution on clearing of the riverbed of Dyoma to Republic of Bashkortostan

River Dyoma (Photo: design documentation) the Bashkir nature protection interdistrict prosecutor Eugenie Aleksandrovich Guslov declared caution of COMPANY "FENIKS" from Karaidel district, acting as the contractor on clearing of the bed of the Dyoma River. Company warned about inadmissibility of violation of the legislation and failure of execution of works on the multimillion contract, reported in regional prosecutor's office. In April, 2022 company signed contract about Ministry of Environmental Management and Ecology of the Republic of Bashkortostan on cleaning of the bed of the Dyoma River on a 35-kilometer site from Novomikhaylovki Chishmy district to the Resident of Nizhny Novgorod Ufa district.
