Prosecutor's office citiesTula Tula region carried out an inspection according to the address of the locals living in the house No. 10/5 on Shevchenko Tsiolkovsky/lane St. Tula, about violation of their housing rights. It is established that City administration the apartment house in 2017 is recognized by the resolution emergency and subject to demolition, the term of moving of inhabitants was established till December 31, 2022. Thus City administration the date of moving of inhabitants of the house was illegally postponed by the order on later – till 31.12.2024.
