Decade of average professional education started in Primorsky Territory

Decade of an average of professional educations (SPO) opened in Primorsky Territory on Monday, October 2. In the festive event which dated for the All-Russian day of SPO and has taken place in Administration of the Primorsky Territory, the Governor Oleg Kozhemyako took part.
