September 29. information agency "Interfaks" - Minekonomrazvitiye did not support a package of bills of introduction institutes non-bank suppliers of payment services (NPPU), having considered that "relevance and economic validity" introductions institutes NPPU for citizens and the organizations is not proved. The ministry stated such position in the letter in Minfin at the beginning of September (information agency "Interfaks" studied the document).
