At least 990 people are evacuated as a result of floods in the northeast of Thailand, reports the local Thaiger edition. Floods in nine areas of the province Ubon Ratchatkhani occurred because of long heavy rains which raised a water level in the river Moon to 7,64 meters. Staff of local emergency services evacuated not less than 278 families numbering in total 990 people.
