In search of new Kazakhstan: economic and international legal analysis

For the last years Kazakhstan achieved a great success in the economic sphere. GDP growth in 2021 made 4,3%, and in 2022 — 3,4% (Russian Federation — 5,6% and 2% respectively). Gross domestic product per capita in 2023 made 32 thousand dollars on purchasing power and 12,8 thousand dollars face value (Russian Federation — 36 thousand dollars and 15,4 thousand dollars respectively). Kazakhstan takes the 101st place in the world on an index of perception of corruptions, the 83rd place on an index of innovations, the 25th place in "Doing Business" rating (convenience of maintaining business activity).
