Prosecutor's office Strezhevoy Tomsk Region carried out an inspection according to the address of the local resident about violation of her housing rights. It is established that the declarant is a disabled person and has the disease included in the list of heavy forms of chronic diseases at which cohabitation of citizens in one apartment is impossible. Despite existence of the right for extraordinary granting housing, Municipal state institution administration of the city district Strezhevoy city did not provide the apartment to it.
