Three inhabitants Tulun will be responsible in court for illegal opening gambling institutions

Tulun district interregional prosecutor's office Irkutsk region approved the indictment concerning three locals. They are accused of the illegal organization and carrying out gamblings (ch.2 by Art. 171.2 of the criminal code of Russian Federation). About it reports information agency "IrkutskMedia" with reference to the press services of SU of SKR on the region and Prosecutor's office of the Irkutsk region. According to the investigators, one of accused in 2023 acquired the equipment for gamblings for the purpose of illegal enrichment.
