Baku promised not to send army to Syunik for corridor making

Baku intends to achieve automobile and railway communication with Nakhichevan through Province of Syunik Armenia, but does not plan to do it by power methods. The ambassador assured Azerbaijan to United Kingdom Elin Suleymanov. According to the diplomat, his country "will not direct there army" as "nobody is going to open anything force".
