It was declared by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin during a meeting with the colleague from South Sudan Salvatore Kiir Mayardit. Negotiations of leaders of the countries take place in the Kremlin. By words Vladimir Putin, the relations between two states "develop very intensively". The president also noted that Russian Federation was one of the first countries, South Sudan.
