We remind of inadmissibility of use of land plots not on purpose

Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Tula region (further - the Ministry) reminds that according to provisions of articles 7, 42 Federal law of the Russian Federation of 25 October 2001 No. 136-FZ "On the Land Code of the Russian Federation" owners of land plots and the persons which are not owners of land plots, are obliged, including to use land plots on purpose proceeding from their belonging to this or that category of lands and allowed use.
