Two years ago in Minsk during storm of the apartment the IT specialist Andrey Zeltser was lost. The group of security officers rushed into the apartment, having broken open a door. The IT specialist refused to open to people in the civilian who were called as militia. It started shooting on them the hunting weapon and shot the person who was the officer of KGB Fedosyuk Dmitry. 31-year-old Andrey Zeltser died in firefight.
