On September 7 at Interregional youth educational forum of the Northwest federal district "Ladoga" the plenipotentiary President of the Russian Federation Alexander Gutsan together with heads and representatives of regions Northwestern Federal District gave start to elections of the following capital "Silver necklace". Vote will come to the end on September 30 at 23:59. "The silver necklace" is the national tourist project consisting of routes which unite the historical cities Northwestern Federal District.
