In Saint Petersburg the ceremonial opening of competitions in mini-soccer among the educational organizations of the highest educations Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and the Relief of Natural Disasters 2023 took place. Part in the championship is taken by athletes of 6 teams representing educational institutions Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and the Relief of Natural Disasters from Vladivostok to Saint Petersburg.
