To Russian Federation offered new measures for fight against financial pyramids

To the organizations, not with the person under surveillance to Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia), want to forbid to attract as investments means of citizens. Such bill was developed by senators Anatoly Artamonov, Mukharby Ulbashev, Dolgov Konstantin, Alexander Shenderyuk-Zhidkov, Sheykin Artem headed by the vice speaker of SF Zhuravlev Nicholas Zhuravlev, and also deputies of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
