The Ryazan libraries modernize

To Ryazan Region work 620 libraries. All of them fall under action of strategy of developments a library science to Russian Federation till 2030 according to the national Culture project. The special attention is paid to rural libraries which often are the only cultural space in small settlements. According to the Minister of Culture of the region Marina Kaurkina, coverage by library service now increases.
