The agrocompany "Yelgozinskoye", one of which owners is the owner the Belarusian-Russian transport holdings "SDS-Trans" Vasilii Borisovich Smetanin, got 16 land plots the bankrupt collective farm located in the neighbourhood "nuclear heating plant Collective farm Klin". This enterprise entered earlier the empire of the co-owner of the Cherkizovsky market Telman Ismailov. To the bankruptcies Telman Ismailov planned to build on these lands the new city on 1 million sq.m of housing.
