On Sunday, October 1, in our country there will pass the stock "10 000 steps to life". The action is dated for the World day of heart and the All-Russian day of walking. Action will take place under the motto: "From heart to heart". The stock "10 000 steps to life" is based on the recommendation of doctors to take place in day from 6 to 10 thousand steps for maintenance of a minimum of normal physical activity of the person.
