Nearly three quarters of the Russian oil exported by the sea, in August were delivered without insurance the western insurers at the prices over 60 dollars for barrel. The collective West led by United States of America, seemingly, miscalculated again. This time in Washington D.C., London and Brussels obviously overestimated importance of the western insurance companies, being considered as the main means of execution of a price ceiling on the Russian oil which was entered at the end of last year by G7.
