KS grows Europe

Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Monday will consider two personnel questions, concerning the Constitutional courts (KS). The president Vladimir Putin suggested to renominate as its chairman Valery Zorkin, and on vacant since the beginning of September a position of judges KS is presented candidate being judges from Russian Federation in European Court of Human Rights (European Court of Human Rights) Lobov Mikhail. This appointment the expert connects with strengthening of internal mechanisms of protection of human rights after an exit Russian Federation from under jurisdiction of European Court of Human Rights.
