Self-restriction considered too limited

This week State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation will consider the bill, allowing to enter a self-ban on receiving credits in the first reading. The idea is discussed more than a year, but to the document there are claims. In particular, participants of the market and experts criticize the provisions which are excessively detailing types and ways of the conclusion of credit agreements, believing that citizens can get confused.
