30 years for victories

At the end of this week the Central Electoral Commission (Central Election Commission) started a series of the educational actions telling about stories of an electoral system Russian Federation. The action is dated for the 30 anniversary of establishment of the Central Election Commission, but will educate Russians beginning already with Novgorod vecha.
