The first day of the World Cup on sambo brought to Russians five gold medals

On September 23 in the Serbian Novi Sad the World Cup on sports and fighting sambo began. The first day of competitions brought to the Russian athletes of 10 medals. Gold medals in sports sambo won Polygalova Olga (to 50 kg), Ekaterina Tsybert (to 59 kg) and Zheltov Roman (over 98 kg). In fighting sambo of a medal of the highest advantage to a Russian team brought Malkovsky Pavel (to 64 kg) and Abgoryan Ovanes (to 79 kg).
