Air radar: what tasks are carried out in armies by the DRLO A-50U planes

The modernized Russian DRLO A-50U plane is transferred Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, GARAGE COOPERATIVE "ROSTEKH" reported. Soon in armies one more copy of A-50U will be put, specified in companies. Planes are intended for distant detection of objects of the opponent, aiming of means of defeat at them or interception, and also issue of information on command points. According to the analysts, similar planes are actively involved in SVO course.
