On September 23 the International day of the sign languages, urged to pay attention to their value in life of many millions deafs and people hard of hearing is celebrated. The memorial was proclaimed UNGA  in December, 2017. The date choice at establishment of the International day of sign languages fell for September 23, as per day in which in 1951 the World federation of deafs was founded.
