In Yaroslavl passed solemn delivery of mandates to newly elected deputies

In Regional Duma of Yaroslavl there took place a ceremony of delivery of mandates to deputies Oblastnaya duma new convocation. In a festive atmosphere in the Duma conference hall mandates were handed over by Helena Novik, the chairman of regional Election commission. In this convocation the number of deputies decreased. Now people's deputies in the Duma became 45. There are also other changes. The structure, both on a personnel, and on parties was considerably updated.
