"The address to Sports arbitral tribunal" is planned: The All-Russian federation of swimming disagreed with criteria of the admission from World Aquatics

The All-Russian federation of swimming does not agree with offered World Aquatics criteria of the admission of the Russian athletes to the international competitions. According to the first vice-president of the organization Victor Borisovich Avdienko, the federation plans to submit claim to Sports arbitral tribunal. Meanwhile in the press there was information on the declaration which concordants should sign on the neutral status to athletes.
