Prosecutor's office of Moscow region directed to court criminal case concerning the former head of the city district Voskresensk and the former directors of the municipal enterprises accused of commission of corruption crimes

Prosecutor's office of Moscow region approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the former head of the city district Voskresensk and three former directors of the municipal enterprises. They are accused on h. 4 Art. 159 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (fraud), h. 2 Art. 286 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (excess of powers of office).
