In claim the prosecutor of Borisovka district over 30 thousand rubles are collected from the ex-director in favor of the agrarian enterprise

District court of the Borisovka district of the Belgorod region satisfied claims of the prosecutor of Borisovka district, declared in interests of one of open joint stock companies to the former director of the enterprise, regarding collecting over 22,5 thousand rubles on account of compensation of the damage caused by this head at execution of labor duties. As it is established, in 2022 at the specified enterprise eight workers at will or to the requirement on the basis of point of 3 parts of the second Art. 35 of the Labour code of Belarus are dismissed.
