Action is organized according to the Ecology national project. The Ecology national project is aimed at increase of efficiency of the address with waste, cardinal decrease in level of pollution of atmospheric air in large industrial centers, and also preservation of unique flora and fauna Russian Federation, the National projects initiated by President of the Russian Federation by Vladimir Putin, started in 2019.
