On September 21 the governor Wladyslaw Shapsha in a format of a videoconference took part in opening of the first International youth nuclear forum Obninsk NEW (Nuclear Education Week) which took place within a Week of nuclear educations. As organizers of action acted State corporation "Rosatom", NIYAU MIFI and Obninsk institute nuclear power. Event is held within preparation for the World festival of youth of 2024 and the declared President of the Russian Federation Decades of science and technologies to Russian Federation.
