On September 21 in concert hall ALTGU opened the International scientific and practical forum "The modern world: stability and safety in regions Central Asia and Big Altay". New calls the Space Big Altay includes territories of several polietnichny and multi-religious states: Russian Federation, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan. The region has no clear territorial boundary and is connected by centuries-old historical, cultural roots, traditions which cause features of existence and developments the tyurko-Mongolian world.
