The inhabitant of Gavrilov-Yam district is condemned for murder of the acquaintance

Prosecutor's office Gavrilov-Yam district Yaroslavl region held the state charge on criminal case concerning the 34-year-old local. Court found it guilty of the commission of crime, the criminal code of Russian Federation (murder) provided p.1 by Art. 105. In court it is established that in February of the current year the accused drank alcohol on a visit at the acquaintance in a private house in the city of Gavrilov-Yame. In the course of drinking between men there was a quarrel during which the guest got a knife available at it and struck to the host some blows.
