Order taking for a selection stage of an inclusive festival of children's creativity "Came to the end breaking barriers 2023". The festival which unites children on one platform regardless of a state of health, will take place this year for the tenth time. On a selection stage 380 creative demands from 25 regions Russian Federation arrived. Winners will determine by 4 nominations: tool creativity, vocal, choreography and original genre.
