License plates move to the forefront

Representatives of RAF achieve from the authorities of liberalization of rules of installation non-standard (type 1A, them still call "square") the license plates entered into use three years ago. These are registration signs for regular places of fastening on Japanese, American and other cars. Now it is authorized to place them only around a rear bumper.
