Anna Roslyakova left structure of Heraldic Council at the governor Ryazan Region

The chairman of Heraldic Council at the governor Ryazan Region became the chief of staff of the governor and Government of Ryazan region Roman Nikolaevich Tsukanov. The corresponding order of the head of the region is published on a site of the newspaper regional social and political newspaper "Ryazanskie vedomosti". Roman Nikolaevich Tsukanov replaced the first deputy chairman of Government of Ryazan region  Anna Roslyakova who was chairman of the board.  Anna Roslyakova is expelled by the order from structure of council.
