To Saratov Region prosecutor's office achieved return to municipal property land plots more than 57 hectares

Prosecutor's office Turki district Saratov region carried out an inspection of execution of requirements of the land legislation. It is established that in 2022 between administration of the area and the individual entrepreneur contract rents land plots more than 57 hectares is signed with a type of allowed use for agricultural purpose. Thus in defiance of the legislation competitive procedures on granting land plots were not carried out, activity the individual entrepreneur are a main type cultivation of grain crops.
