More than 250 people from 17 municipalities participated in a regional sporting event. At stadium "Manpower reserves" the regional festival of adaptive sports took place, reported in House of Soviets. In opening took part the deputy governor Victor Nikolaevich Karamyshev and the adviser to the governor for the rights of persons with limited opportunities of health  Anna Gladilina.
