Interregional prosecutor's office of the Borzya district of the Zabaykalsky Territory approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the chief of a boiler room of the settlement Zabaykalsky Daury JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "ZABTEK". He is accused on h. 2 Art. 293 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (the negligence which has entailed causing especially large damage, and also on imprudence death of the person).
