Sanatorium "Tarkhana" in Pyatigorsk returned to property Penza Region

Eleventh arbitration appeal court recognized invalid the transaction according to which in 2018 of 50% of authorized capital sanatoria "Tarkhana" in Pyatigorsk were sold at refusal of JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "SELSKAYA ZDRAVNITSA", as beneficiaries which is Ministry of Government Property of the Penza region.
